"Janette works at the front desk at this office, but without her I probably wouldn’t have switched my auto and home policies to State Farm. She was the person who made sure the licensed agents took action and followed through to make sure I wasn’t forgotten. She even had to go back and have the agents use the right forms, as they had forgotten a couple of things. She should be given her license to sell, as she was more proactive than the rest of the people I worked with combined. Thank you Janette!"
