"If I could give 10 stars for Faith, I would. I had a horrible experience speaking with remote worker Judy, and that’s putting it lightly. Judy claimed to have 30 years of experience in her roll and could not answer some basic questions and give some basic guidance for a mildly complicated situation. Faith however turned my terrible impression of State Farm back around. A complete 180 as I was considering calling and getting quotes elsewhere. Faith was there at the office and ready to take full ownership of the issue and give complete transparency. Totally understood and resolved what Judy had made a nightmare situation. Completely cleaning up the mess Judy had left in her wake, Faith came in for the rescue and was able to answer all my questions with complete confidence and was extremely knowledgeable. I asked how much experience she had and said she began her insurance journey in 2019. Tell me, how does someone with 6 years of experience completely dominate vs a 30+ year veteran in the fields who completely screwed up? Thank goodness for Faith restoring my complete faith in State Farm and the Beth Holland office. I will never use the hotline again and I put my trust in the local office. Thanks again."
